Yes, Julia, I went there. I have a good old German friend in Taipeh, who is there permanently and of course he knows all the places of interest in terms of food and otherwise. I did not cry when leaving the Island but was sure, that for some time I will not be able to enjoy such good vegetarian food - whether in the night markets or in restaurants!
