5. No discriminating against gender identities or sexual orientations, or relativizing them.
6. No advertising.
7. No intentionally misleading content (including new/alt-right conspiracy theories or scams like cryptocurrencies).
8. No content that violates the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
9. Images that have been created or altered using so-called AI tools must be clearly labeled. The hashtags “#AImanipulated” or “#AIgenerated” must be used, and the use of AI must be noted in the image description.
